This lovely square plate has been hand painted with a rich blue background, leaving the bisque colour to show through in a silhouette of a winter landscape and Father Christmas and his reindeer flying through the night sky. The image was sketched on freehand before being painted round, and is a one off piece using this technique.
All of our pieces are hand painted designs, drawn freehand without stencils (unless stated), created by me. Many are one-offs, and some will be made in a very small batch, but all will be individual and unique.
Plate is approximately 26cm in width with the artist’s signature on the base.
